Osteotennis: Endurance

The body goes through inevitable changes as we age, and it's important to address these to allow yourself to play injury and pain-free tennis until your graceful retirement from the sport!  Personalised technique changes, combined with training routines and some appropriate education, can help prevent overuse injuries (e.g. tennis elbow, golfers elbow, MCL strain, carpal tunnel syndrome), and can help players prevent past injuries from returning.

Is pain affecting your tennis life? Chronic pain and decreased mobility from issues such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid conditions, or recovery following an operation, can take the fun out of playing tennis, or even keep you off the court altogether! By exploring and testing your body's limitations, and comparing that to your tennis game, we can work out the best way to get you back out on court, playing at a level you are happy with and a reduced pain level to get you feeling good about your game again!
